Rep Power: 17 | Declined EFT Script What is your procedure to contact EFT customers that have a card decline? My thought is to call the customer and let them know, but often times I get voice mail or the answering machine, and I am hesitant to leave a message saying the card has been declined for privacy reasons. What are your thoughts, and what is your procedure? Do you have a script that you follow? |
