Making Changes Can Be Hard

Here we are the season is on us. This year even if you are afraid of change, pick one area of your business that you know is lacking and try something different that may take you out of your comfort zone.

I might be something as simple as evaluating the performance of your employees and providing more extensive sales training.

Maybe you don't really advertise. This year establish a small advertising budget and find the best way to get greater exposure. FaceBook, Email, Text, advertising that takes more effort than money.

Set daily, weekly and monthly goals.

If you are not prepared to do a complete salon evaluation, make some changes one bite at a time.

Be determined to make 2015 your most profitable year you have ever had. Work smarter not harder.
