Rep Power: 23  | new law in Ohio just past in Ohio, under 16 tanning parents must sign each time and be present for the entire time they tan, each and every time. breaking this law will have license revoked. |

Rep Power: 18 | Re: new law in Ohio If that were my state (We are under 18 ban though) it wouldn't be an issue at my salon. Under 16 can't drive so parent has to come and bring them anyway. May be a chance to sell the parent a package so they can both tan at the same time. |
