Rep Power: 19 | Re: Good PTA What are you counting as PTA and PPA? To me PTA is per tan average. And PPA is per person average, includes everyone who tans and doesn't tan. Customers who tan and also those who buy gift cars or just lotion or a purse or something. So PPA should be higher than PTA. To me a $7 PTA is if you tan 100 customers in a day and your revenue for the day is $700 : $700/100 tanners. IMO $6 to $9 is fair to good. $10 to $15 is good to great. Over $15 is outstanding. But more important is your annual Per Person Average. This should be what your pricing and sales strategy is built around. IMO you should be over $100 per person. Preferably $150 or above. |
