Re: Selling Lotions

You should be able to go to Management > Reports > Sales > Commission

This gives a break down of what your employees have sold

Sorry for the delayed response, We have 8 now and are expanding to 16 in 3 months. I run the manager in the am weekday shifts and the sales crew works pm with one bed detailer during slow season. During busy season I work 2 in the AM and in the evening I work a sales 1 (top sales), Sales 2 (back up sales and log in customers), and 2 bed detailers (they own that hallway and should never be in the lobby) As slow season progresses I cut the bed detailers and move the weak sales team employees to bed detailer. They will get weekends to prove they're good enough to go back up to Sales. On weekends I work one per shift. I go strictly off of PPA and Average per hour worked. Most this month are averaging somewhere between $23-$45 per customer logged in. and all are averaging at least 30 per hour worked in their individual sales. I think I have to find a way to keep them without cutting anyone else

Also, unless you pay highly above average wage, why would your staff want to work towards such low commissions with the possibility of them losing their job at any time just because they have one bad month?
It's a fun environment I have created. I model it after google. They enjoy working at the salon because of their perks. Free unlimited tanning, Free lotions they pick 1 free lotion a month per employee with no price limit. We have sales games and are constantly engaged in team building events per say. The girls get around $200-$300 in commissions per month what do yours avg just curious as to what others pay
