Re: Unwarranted Customer Complaint Tough being in a small town too. But I think the post you did was great and did not point fingers or cause alarm bells with people. What I don't get is why they would put the 2013 on the bottle like that. ANY person would naturally assume that is an expiration date. Some companies started with this BORN on date thing and that caused issues. When that happens to me I just take the bottle back and tell them I will PERSONALLY order a fresh bottle for them….Because I certainly don't want expired products sent to me either..I would be equally upset. Besides…JWOWW is such a fast mover I cannot imagine anyone having an expired bottle. I am still trying to get a visual on the "stomp" on the floor when you re ready to tan | |

Rep Power: 12 | Re: Unwarranted Customer Complaint I can remember tanning in that hair salon years and years ago and had to stomp on the floor. Its funny now that you see how far technology has taken us. For those who've never tanning in a professional salon don't know what they don't know. When I first opened all anyone wanted to purchase were minutes because that's what they were used to. Thank goodness I'm a good saleswoman and talk them into EFTs. I've taken almost all of her customers. The only ones she has left are those that like to have a standing appointment, but I'll get those also pretty soon. |
