That's tied to Obamacare, so once Obamacare is dismantled the tan tax will go with it

mandate got wiped out, and obamacare is going to die, perhaps next year, we get good news

Or Obamacare gets killed off and the taxes stay. The Gov always finds a reason to keep a tax forever.

a fellow tan salon owner here in los angeles told me it dies with the new law... gotta research a bit more
