Tony, I've said it many times, I admire the look of your salons...but it drives me crazy how full of yourself you are. Brag brag brag...everything is "I" did this...have this...wanna see what I have?...

It's a big turn off. Period.

If you carefully re-read my posts you should notice the "I" word is
rarely if ever used. I always try to use the word "WE" because Zoom
is a TEAM effort. Just maybe if what "I" say bothers you its because
of some other nefarious emotions that us humans in our fallen condition suffer from. Accomplishments whether spoken of or not spoken of will often times bother people instead of motivate people.

One would hope that what "I" say out here would be somewhat encouraging. Or do you prefer to see all the doom and gloom and
defeatism spoken out here?

Tony, I do read your comments and all too often, they are full of "I" which is why I mentioned it. Hey, it's just my opinion, nothing more.

If there is no "I" in my remarks SUN then its just your small minded
opinion reading into it. I would recommend you dont read my posts to spare yourself the aggravation, frustration and bitterness that our companies success creates for you. Stick with the doomers and gloomers. Its likely more fitting to your situation!

I think that's great advice. The entertainment value of you, Steve and peach...just isn't motivating. Aggravating is correct. Maybe the only advice I've gotten from you that is worthy. And for that I thank you.

Re: Membership - MANY approaches...

Sure Tony! (here is my recent report on posted on the "other site") Just got back from a visit to Tony in Naples. Had a chance to review the new technology in one of his Zoomtan stores. Tony has a wireless tablet on the wall in the room that connects to the front counter, which is a tablet as well, and to the tanning unit, wirelessly. When the customer enters the room, the tablet has identified the customer's name and number of minutes on the tanning unit.

Tony has the option to offer a product for purchase (or any other offer), on the screen prior to the customer's tan. If the customer decides to make an immediate purchase, the purchase is secured by the card on file with the store. The transaction is automatic; no staff involved. The receipt is electronically submitted to the customer. This seems similar to the concept utilized by gas stations to sell carwashes to customers buying gas. An add on sale, so to speak; or for any other messages that need to be delivered to the customer prior to the customer tanning in the unit. The customer has to clear the screen prior to starting the tanning unit. Great opportunity to inform or sell the customer! I do not know if it will ever be available outside Zoomtan, but it seems like a nice technological advance.
