If you think there is a way to turn things around when they are coming out to lock your doors, that is crazy. However if your salon is showing a decline is sales over a previous year or even worse showing declines for multiple years you should be evaluating and making changes as quickly as possible. Doing little or nothing beyond hoping the next season will change everything is a sure prescription for a business to experience a painful death. Don't wait until it is too late. Early diagnosis can insure recovery. |
