We're using Craigslist and Indeed, and, while we're getting quite a few applications, most of them are no where near qualified.

Where do you find your best employees?

I would not expect to find quality folks via Craigslist, because...it's Craigslist

Try word of mouth via your clients. You may just find one who is already familiar with the salon, and obviously enjoys tanning..best form of advertising is your clientele, so why not start there?

I have found quality employees on craigslist in a different field. In fact the last hires at my "regular" job have been from craigslist and they have worked out great. My last two Craig's list hires have been with me over 3 years. The key is the interview process.
