Rep Power: 0 | Salon Touch / Worldpay EFT Debits I am new to this so I am looking for some insight. We have Salon Touch and use Worldpay for direct EFTs. Second time now and after the EFT process comes a half dozen bad transaction charges. WP sends a little post card for each one, but there is no information on who the customer was that got declined. So how do you find who's account it is? We want to stop the same bad charge from happening again or just be able to call the customer for updated CC info. Thank you! |

It is a big hassle, but out of all our memberships, I believe they do this for only one of our customer, and I'm not sure why. What they do is approve the transaction at the point of sale, and then attempt to collect the money. It shows that it's been approved, but can still fail and that is when they send a letter. Real hassle in my opinion. |

Search for the thread, it will open your eyes to Merchant processing costs. I would like to hear an update on this issue if possible.
