Rep Power: 0 | Problem with SalonTouch Evolution Hey all! Major problem I found in our POS program. When ever we put someone in our Stand up bed, it does not subtract a unit of usage from their package. Fine for unlimited packages sure, but I have people who buy single, 5 and 10 packs of sessions! I can not for the life of me find anywhere in SunTouch to fix this problem! Anyone have any ideas or help? Please do not just say look at the manual, I've searched through it. If your going to say look at the manual, please tell me what page or chapter specifically, I used ctrl-f and looked up units, usage and needed units to no avail x( |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Problem with SalonTouch Evolution I am not familiar with that POS system, however usually it is a glitch in the clients package. I.e. - we use Sunlync in our stores. A client had purchased some tanning dollars to use for upgrading occasionally because she had planned on downgrading from our all access package. When the girl working converted the tanning dollars to match her membership, she converted them to the all access tanning dollars because that is what the client had at the time. Next month the client downgraded. Her tanning dollars stayed at the all access because the hotel did not convert them to VIP 2 dollars. Whenever the client would upgraded her tanning dollars would stay the same. The computer saw it as she still had the all access membership so did not see the need to subtract the money. Do these clients have anything else on there accounts or just the single tans? |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Problem with SalonTouch Evolution it sounds like the surcharges under each "tan service" isn't set to deduct 1 flat unit for that type of bed. to fix that go to setup/general/tan services. then click on one of the services that are not operating correctly. press surcharges and ensure that for that bed type you have it with the amount of points you want to deduct if they use that bed. |
