Versa Spa-feedback?

Wondering if anyone could share their opinion/experience/feedback with the VersaSpa.

We are an 11 unit salon, with airbrush tanning and are thinking of also investing in the VersaSpa.

The airbrush tanning does well, but we are looking to expand the sunless options and feel that the VersaSpa would offer an option to walk-ins looking for a sunless session.

The cost, as most of you know, is fairly high. The question of course is do those of you who have it find it profitable? Find it worth it? Find that it attracts new clients or that your current clients were interested when you installed it?

Any feedback would be helpful, I am VERY on the fence!

I don't waste my time with booths - custom is the only way to go for us.

haha kooky...
Don't listen to sunbaby82, in peak season, do you have any idea the number of people that can be sprayed in a versaSpa? There are days when some salons can have more than 80 people per day through one machine. How many people can a spray tech handle?
We do custom spray tanning as well, but people by the great majority prefer the versa. It is just so fast and private that hand spraying seems quaint and dated. Even stubborn custom customers get converted after they get used to the process to get their hands tanned properly. The speed and uniformity of the versaSpa converts them to versaSpa users.
As I always tell me customers, there is a reason that Mercedes and Rolls Royce use automated paint processes instead of hand spraying the cars.
