Salon Touch & T-Max help

I've just moved our salon over the weekend and since setting everything back up none of our beds will work from the computer. The screen indicates that it's working but no time value ever makes it to the T Max controllers. Any ideas?

Re: Salon Touch & T-Max help

Did you connect manager to computer using the same port as it was before disconnecting?

Use autodetect feature in salntouch. Or in windows hit globe type device manager then ck the oort your tmax is hooked up to. It must be com 4 or lower. If number too high right click then ports then switch com to lowest available number. If none lower enough then use same procedurr to move another device out of way to higher com

Check in salon touch what timer system it says. WHen I moved my salon, it switched to some other system so it was all confused. No idea why, but it did.

Re: Salon Touch & T-Max help

Thanks for the help guys. I was actually trying to test each bed to make sure we had everything hooked back up right and didn't realize that the T-Max wouldn't reconize anything lower than 2 minutes for the tan time. I was sending 1 minute to the beds for testing. Oh well, another lesson learned. Everything iis up and running like it's supposed to. Again, thanks for the input.

Re: Salon Touch & T-Max help

I'm running 10 beds in 4 locations at the moment and want to find a solution where I can monitor what's happening at each location, other than using TMax. Is there an 'off-the-shelf' system available that allows me to link into each location from my ipad? I've had a couple of machine control companies tender for the job who's prices seem extremely high. I find the TMax limited in what I want to achieve. Anyone in same situation that have found a solution ?

I'm just about to invest in 2 automatic spray tanning booths for each site and will also be wanting these linked into the same monitoring system. I've been searching google and have a concern regarding support etc on the Auto Booths if i'm to purchase from USA. I'm keen to know more about Pura, Versa Spa, Mystic, Norvell and Ergoline booths - Has anyone had any experience with these, which is best for first time users etc?? Any advice, help would be appreciated.

Logmein.com will do this allowing you to create a virtual network. There is a cost but well worth it for a multi owner
