Rep Power: 0 | Re: Dress Code We don't have any new owners, but trying to make things better. How do you tell the current employees that you are changing dress code. Also becoming stricter on a lot more things, because before you could get away with a lot. Do you make up an employee handbook (since they never have had one before) and have them sign this? |

Rep Power: 20 | Re: Dress Code Asking for trouble with the "wear whatever they want" policy. We have company T-shirts that they must wear. Jeans or tailored shorts and Sneakers are fine. No flip flops or heels. Can't look like they just rolled out of bed. You gotta like indoor tanning to work for us. So tan. Sample lotions are free to use. |

I good option for shirts if you are smart tan certified is the polo from smart tan that has smart tan certified on the shirt and you can ad your logo to that shirt. In any case strict uniforms are a must. |
