My partner and I have fun with them. We constantly get them gift cards for doing good. We give bonuses. Raises once a year depending on performance. When someone is down about something, we tell em thats not an option and give em a pep talk. If you hire good employees to begin with, then you shouldn't have any problems with that. Also, one of the most important things is to be excited about the business yourself. If the owner doesn't live and breath tanning, then the employees won't either. |

But then I am more driven than most and run numerous successful businesses. ****, when I worked in corporate america, if I had the same position in a company for 2 years, I was re-evaluating my options. My world is all about upward mobility and the next success/milestone. Not wiping up butt sweat for 20 years. ;) |
