A little story.................

The salon manager of a salon up the road from my big store, Has been a very busy girl.
She has :
Got a location for a new salon
lined up people for electrical and build out.
I assume she has lined up beds.

All while on the current salon payroll !!

The location is one I closed about 3 years ago. The area just died and never recouped.

The girl has balls........... She might make it..............
Today she called my manager and wanted to buy the computor from there, Which of coarse would have my entire data base on it.

I assume she already has her employers.

Omgosh! That is terrible. I've never even thought about employees signing a non-compete upon hiring and wouldn't know if we could do it legally. You must feel so betrayed and obviously you're not gonna let her get her paws on your computer/database.

Well it sounds like the upside is that yours didn't do well there and you have years of biz knowledge, so hopefully hers won't do well either. I'm so sorry for ya!

Well............ She's been open almost 2 weeks. I dont know how her former emloyer is taking it.
But - I do know she's going to get a visit by me if she continues to run her mouth.

I've been open in this town since 1990, and she's telling everyone the reason I closed this location was becuase the city found camras in the rooms.

It use to be my 2nd highest grossing store at one time, But the whole area dried up. in 2007 I put in all new beds and ran it two more years, it just never got back to the heydays.
She'll learn you cant make on 30 or 40 customers aday.

This is not pretty..............

Been watching both stores since she opened. The first week I never saw anyone at her store. And the other store where she was the mang seem normal.

Then this week she started doing 99 cent tans.

99 cent tans on new beds, You can guess whats happening.

I might be the only one left after the two of them duke it out.

There goes any likeness to common sense, right out the window. The war in which everybody loses unless you can hold your ground and wait until they kill themselves. Tanuo1, I think you'll do just fine..
