I am going to start running a special in February for a no sign up fee for our eft tanning membership (3 month minimum monthly draft). I am going to collect 1 month plus the pro rated for the remainder of the month. My question is, does sun touch plus do that automatically? We currently charge a 1 time sign up fee that includes there first month and it also includes the pro rate in the sign up fee.... I do not use the eft program on sun touch now. What I do is I have 1 membership for the sign up fee and then every month I have a membership monthly fee that is charged monthly that I do manually on the 15th of each month...Is this confusing enough??..lol

I use Sunlync so I can't answer specifically to how Suntouch handles memberships but when we run different promotions that we partially or fully waive the sign-up fee we use a promo code that deducts the amount from the transaction. By doing it this way we can easily see how many people took advantage of the special.
