Salontouch Freeze account - tanTALK

What is the proper way to freeze an eft account in Salontouch? Sometimes the staff thinks its frozen but then it drafts.
Does anyone have written instructions on how to freeze.

Client - Client Profile - EFT - Freeze: enter start date to freeze and end date of freeze.
