Question Freezing packages

Question for you all...

Should the client come in just days after their EFT processes and want to freeze their membership starting immediately.. how do you handle this situation?

1. They lose that months tanning since they were late to freeze before they processed?

2. Do you reduce the Feb 6th EFT draft charge to reflect time lost back in Nov???

3. Or, do you allow them to tan early from their next set draft date to compensate for time lost due to freezing in the middle of their month.
Ex: Client wants to freeze for 2 months. They Process on Nov 6 and come in to freeze Nov 16th (essentially losing from the 16-5th of tanning)... so their next scheduled draft date is Feb 6th (frozen Dec 6th draft and Jan 6th draft).. but are they eligible to tan early before that Feb 6th draft on Jan 16th so they have Jan 16th - Feb 5th to tan to compensate for lost tanning time back in Nov and draft at the regular rate Feb 6th?

Basically - how do you or do you at all, compensate for lost tanning days if a client wants to freeze their account in the middle of that month's membership?

Re: Freezing packages

They are freezing Future billing, not the current month. You can't freeze last month, it's over.; can't freeze this month, it's already billed; You CAN freeze next month's billing, and we allow you to freeze up to three months in a row.

At any time you can come in and Unfreeze the current month, and only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the month.

What does their contract say? .... Oh you don't have a contract? shame shame
This isn't rocket science people. They paid for this month. if they don't use it it's not your fault. If I don't watch TV for a month do you really think Time Warner is gonna just give my money back or give me a free month of cable?
