Rep Power: 0  | Room Rental Agreement Hello, we are interested in renting out 2 rooms in our tanning salon to a massage therapist and an aesthetician. Does anyone do this type of thing and would be willing to send me a copy of your rental agreement template? We have an idea of what we would like to charge, but the actual template is a bit challenging to put together from scratch. Any help/advice on this would be great! |

Rep Power: 14 | Re: Room Rental Agreement You will need one specific to your state. Each state has different requirements on verbage. Side note, tanning salons are usually WAY too loud for either of those to types of industry. I could never do facials at my salon since it was too loud and not relaxing, I would have to do it after hours. |
