Hello,

Could someone walk me through how to set up unlimited packages for 3 different level beds?
I don't use a point system. It is either single session price, or unlimited for a time period...2 week, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month.

The problem comes in where someone has purchased a level 1 package, and uses a level 3 bed. either by employee mistake, or giving their friends free upgrades.

I do have an upgrade set up under services, (found in forums). but would like to keep my employees in check.

I don't use Tantrack but when you set up each monthly package don't you assign which equipment is allowed under that package? Any other bed chosen would then automatically be charged whatever fee you have for upgrades?

No, that isn't how tan track works. That is exactly what i am looking to do though. I'm assuming it has to be an option, but for the life of me, can't seem to figure it out.

What version of TanTrack are you running? You can go to help --> about in TanTrack to find this information.

when you set up the packages, you have rules to set. Only mark the equipment that they are allowed to tan in. so for a level 1 package, only mark your base bed. If you offer free upgrades we just add them to the package when they buy it. That way when they use up their 2 free upgrades there is no way to put them in a higher bed. Set your employee options to where they are not allowed to add or edit packages.

I finally figured it out. It's a little confusing that the top menu changes when you are on different screens...didn't see the package rules menu at the top. i'm an idiot. Thank you very much for your help.
