Rep Power: 0 | Advice on deal with previous salon bed owner? I bought several beds from a closed salon and would like to get her data base. Should I offer to give her clients the unused sessions? She said she was paying them back but one client tells me she hasn't seen the money. (It's been since July.) Only 2 of her clients have found me. I'm about 5 miles from her old salon. I can't advertise her business name of course in an ad. I'm just thinking about how to get her list (or at least the names who live within 3 miles of my salon) without paying too much. I want to be fair to her as well but I usually offer too much for things and end up losing out. Suggestions for a win/win situation? Thanks, Linda |

Re: Advice on deal with previous salon bed owner? Ask her for it and let her know that you will offer her old clients a deal. There is no value to her unless she can sell it to someone else. You could also offer her unlimited services for a period of time, she obviously is a tanner. | |
