Rep Power: 0 | For those who don't have TMax or other remote timing mechanisms I am looking at a salon to buy and it does not have a centralized timing system like tmax. The customer sets their own timer. I am greatly concerned about abuse of time and how to get these people OUT of the room when their time is up. How do you handle it? don-gal |

You don't want to be held responsible for someone that you think should tan for 10 minutes, and then sets their own bed for 20 minutes, and burns to a crisp. That's a recipe for disaster!!!! |

She says she never has a problem, but I am wondering how, when the place is jam packed, she can keep track of who is where, and for how long. don-gal | |

Doing otherwise is bad for the industry and a big part of the problems this industry keeps getting hit with. I'd be careful about buying a salon that is not already operated professionally. It will make your job much harder when you try to put new policies and procedures in place that should have been done all along. |
