Rep Power: 0 | Helios Credit Card Processor Can Be Changed I recently started using Helios ver 12. I was told that I had to use the approved credit card processor Bank of America/First Data however that is not the case. Apparently Helios charges .05 per transaction and that is why they require customers to use their preferred vendor so they can get credited correctly. However is was able to set up credit card processing using another vendor and Helios still gets thier .05 per trans. Additionally I was able to save about $200 per month by using this new approved vendor and they were able to setup the back end requirements that work with Helios. Pm me if you currently using Helios or any other software and are interested in saving some money. Thanks. |
