Rep Power: 0 | Anyone use Salon Touch? Okay, I have already called and left a message with Salon Touch but I know it will be way later when I hear back from them, so I am hoping someone here can help me. We have changed over everything for the taxes and so far everything is working great except NSF EFT Payments. I had a client come in to pay for her NSF EFT and it won't add tax to it. I have searched this software thru and thru and cannot find a way to tax this payment option. Any advice? |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Anyone use Salon Touch? I think I have it figured out. I talked to salon touch and they told me that I do not charge tax for NSF EFT's that were originally drafted before July 1st. For instance, if Sally Janes EFT was declined on Jun 15th and I posted it to her account as NSF EFT. And I kept going back and trying to get it to clear and I finally did but now it is July 2nd. She is not required to pay a tax on it because I orginally tried to draft it before July 1st. Or at least that is what they told me BUT..................... here is my new delima. On my sales tax report I cannot figure out where my NSF EFTs are listed and where the tax separtation is. It doesn't fall under Tan services, surcharges, or regular EFTs. I tested it and added all figures and nope, not there. So............................ anyone know? |
