Does anyone have a training manaual they would be willing to email me? I am in the process of revising our manual and I feel like there is so much more I could add but my brain is stuck in first gear today. My email is sunpalacetanning@windstream.net. Thanks!

I would also be interested in receiving a trining manual, if anyone out there is willing to share. I am also looking to review an EFT document. I have been open a few months and realize that recurring payment is muchly needed. If you would be willing to email either of these documents I would appreciate it, suntastictanning@yahoo.com. Thanx

Not sure about most people but it cost thousands for us to have people on site to do the work of a training manual for our sites. To include the many other things for opening our salons?

Unless someone is willing to share their sweat equity on one they did or got in a franchise purchase...might not be seeing one to soon.

I did a training manual for our 7 salons, Im the sales mngr. and it took alot of sweat and hours but I got it-
Are you wanting a Training manual like that. Our Training manual has everything from and open close list, helios info, Sales training in its own section, I mean you name it & we have put it in there, the first copy was called Tanning for dummies lol but now its a 2'' binder and is front and back, I think every salon should have one. But our is copyright so unfortunetly I cant share it with you. But Tips for you would be... Start it with your job description, SALES- and then go from there =)

What language would you like that in? Apparently, no one is capable of reading English here as I don't read anywhere on this thread where there was a manual link posted.

Better Question.... Can I have the outline to your training manual? I'd rather figure the rest out on my own, wording, actual processes, etc; but I'm thinking a general outline would get me going in the right direction...
