Rep Power: 130 | Re: Appointments vs Walk-Ins We went to no appointments this year. We were up 20% for that month we made the switch compared to the year before, we were able to accomodate 700 more sessions than the year before, and we were on the phone a whole lot less answering " what time was my apt again" |

Because I want to speak with a person when I call anywhere I want my salon to do the same.We have more walk ins then appointments but we do both. |

Rep Power: 35 | Re: Appointments vs Walk-Ins The person that called me might be the one that dropped $300 like it was water the day before. We don't have major waiting issues, we added more units to accommodate the clients and we have the longest hours of any salon locally.

Rep Power: 18 | Re: Appointments vs Walk-Ins Lots and lots of opinions on this subject. I'll throw in my 2 cents worth...everyone that has switched from taking appointments to walk-ins has seen business increase. Everyone that has switched from walk-ins to appointments has seen...wait a minute, no one has ever posted doing this. I believe that says about all you need to know. |
