Deleting Clients

Ive been searching through threads and other posts and cant find this anywhere. I have Helios and I have so many clients that havent been in for so many years. I would like to delete them. Is there a time frame that you need to keep a client in the system for? Thanks.

Re: Deleting Clients

The length of time you must retain a clients history varies from state to state.

Re: Deleting Clients

Is that fair to you?

Well you bought the place with services paid for and due, these services did not have an expiration date, so you agreed at that time it was fair.

Remember if they come in after three years, depending on your area that could be doubtful, you have the chance to sell them new lotion, eyewear, and upgrades.

But I would have expiration dates going forward on anything you sell.

At the link above, you can find your state contact information and contact them about your regulations.

I agree. Whatever your state policy, at least do a mass mailing to these individuals.

It is likely that a lot of the contact information is wrong, but it is also likely that it is not. They may just stop in after being reminded and drop some $$.

Re: Deleting Clients

I did a maill mailing to 200 people that had 100 points or more and 5 sessions or more left. . I sent a letter saying I was a new owner and offered them discounts and free upgrades to come in and try us out.Of those 200 I got 4 people back 2 of which just used their time and split, 60 of them came back " No such person" The rest I have no idea .It was not a successful mailing for me. But who knows it could be good for others.
