Dear SalonXpert Users,

After being in the software industry for over 33 years, it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that we are forced to close our doors and go out of business. This is due to a dramatic reduction of software users and a large number of unpaid accounts. Our software consulting side of our company has existed for over 20 years and has helped fund the SalonXpert efforts. Our remaining accounts for consulting services have ended and can no longer support its self or SalonXpert. We have done everything in our power in an attempt to keep our doors opened, however we were unsuccessful.

December 31, 2009 will be our final day in business. We will no longer be able to continue servicing your needs beyond that date. Your data is on your local salon’s computer and any of our competitors will be able to convert it to their specific software package. We made a final payment to our server hosting company that should keep our online servers up thru 1/31/2010. We will attempt to move everyone’s software dongle date out an additional year; however we clearly will no longer be available beyond 12/31/2009 for support.

Thank you so much for your business over the past years. It was an honor supporting your salons, and I wish you luck in your future.

Wow thats crazy. We have been with Tony for years now. We knew nothing about this until I saw your post. I immediatly called the owner of our salon and he said he would call.

This morning we had the pleasure of speaking with Tony at Salon Xpert and although we regret that his company will no longer be able to support your software needs we have worked out a discount for current Salon Xpert users to transfer out of Salon Xpert and into TanTrack. You will need to contact our sales department to get the particulars of this deal but it will include a substantial discount to the software as well as a conversion from your current software.
