Do you have your software set up so that customers can tan at all locations? or can they only tan at the store the pkg was bought at?

Same software on Wide Area Network so tanning is not a problem at either of our stores

Two salons within walking distance, no network. We just call and transfer credits. No big deal not enough crossover to justify the cost of setting up a network.

if i use tan track software can i network these together? they are about 5 miles away from each other. how much do you think it will cost? im not familiar with what a "Wide Area Network" is.

get sunlync we use it for multiple locations and it works great

we have sunlync for all four salons.. amazing!

We use SunLync and it is linked between all stores. We have a basic membership that is set up for their home store only and then we have higher levels that are universal.

We have a special CRM software setup at our each shop so if a customer of shop A goes to shop b she will have the same packages and prices offered to her and also she will have the same treatment offered.

I noticed a couple of recommendations for sunlync. I have helios and am about to send money to tantrack and convert over. I considered sunlync, but tantrack looks like it can do a few more things. Like tantrack has email capability (free, not like Helios) and it scans the drivers license for the new customers and has a picture of the customer on the main customer page (don't have to hunt for it).

What has made sunlync special for you?
