You longer have to look like an umpa Lumpa when you have a spray tan . There some wonderful quality solutions out there. Yes there are some bad stuff but again it is our job to test out solutions before we spray it on clients. In fact we did a test at a trade show awhile back where a brought 2 sales people with me. One was spray tanned and one was tanned in a tanning bed. 80% of the people poles said the Tanning bed girl was sprayed! Just like "tanning beds cause cancer" isn't true so it is our jobs as the professional to educate them!

Listen aren't u getting tired of trying to promote and sell a product / system that is and has been full of flaws! like my title states old school ! over the past 17 years and 7 seven locations 80 pieces of equipment , and wave after wave of new ideas! at least with the traditional beds they have made vast improvements in all areas and NOT AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE! Ive tried all of the spray units out there, either in my salon or someone Else's hoping the manufactures can get it right but they've beat this into the ground! when you get sick of doing the spray tanning industries R and D work at the cost and inconvenience to your customer's you'll understand what I'm trying to say!good luck to you all of you that have the $doe to waste Ive done my part to warn ya! PS I hope you can regain the trust of your unhappy spray tan clients when you try to sell them a real product that works! if they come back. Honest Mrs smith this lotion is far better then the last stinky tacky orange goo that turned your clothes orange, Scouts honor and today its only 29.95 for an entire body ! |

Re: Thinking of Adding Spray Tanning Go mobile! we used to have it in the salon but we got rid of it to add another tanning bed but we have always had two units, one is for inside the salon and one is for to go (home or wherever their location) We made so much more money by adding another tanning bed than having the airbrush . We still maintained our airbrush clientèle well I'd say about 85% of them . we just went over and sprayed them in their bathtub or took a pop up tent. Lemme know if you have more questions | |

I was thinking of starting up an airbrushing consultation business and wondered if anyone....not trying to market to you all specifically....would be interested in something like this? I wanted to see if there was any demand before I even got started, lol. I began my tanning salon business in a 1300 sq foot bldg in 2006, in 2008 (thanks to my success with airbrush tanning) I opened a 4500 sq foot facility. I brought in around 90,000 dollars between the months of Mar and July in 2009 with one airbrush artist. All due to marketing and many blessings! Would love any feedback or advice on starting this new dream business for my family!
