I just select freeze from the clients acct.

The client lets us know what month they want to resume their mbrshp, I unfreeze the acct and add the amount of points to their acct. (ex. Acct frozen for 3 mos- 3mos@$5/mo= 15 points) They can then redeem them for upgrades.

EFT members get:
15%-20% off all products-depends on what level they signed up for
50% off point values
1-2 Free sessions of alt. levels-depends on what level they signed up for.
