Rep Power: 0 | What is up with not TIPPING! can someone out there tell me? Myself and my girl are sick of spray tanning customers and they don't TIP! I can't see why not it's a service being performed, like hair dresser and nail tech. I do have a Tip cup in the room. Can you give me any ideas? thanks |

I charge a fair price for my service; if they feel it's worth more they'll pay the extra. Either way I don't play favorites, and that's important. To me, it's about the service - that's what makes them come back. The tips are gravy IMHO. |

Try giving something more and be happy you have a customer willing to pay you for the services provided. If you need more money, charge more!

It's kind of the same feeling of pressure as when a homeless guy begs you for money. If you provide excellent service, sometimes customers will tip you because they REALLY want to. Numerous customers have given us gifts and I have had times when customers would pay for a single session with a $100 bill and say keep the change. |
