There is nothing wrong with buying used equipment as long as you get equipment that can compete in todays market. Also getting your used equipment from some reliable that stands behind their product like SunSally is important.

There are used systems that no longer fit in todays market. Have a great business model and get the right equipment mix to support your business model.

Remember there are people out there that sell used equipment that will take advantage of you and not delivered what was promised.

Your equipment does matter and there are some great used options.

If you look back over re-hashed threads, Steve is the one at the other end pumping new life into them.

Re: Have beds really changed in past 10 years?

Look for the Forum called "For Sale - Salon owners only".

When in that forum, near the upper left side of your screen you will see a button for "NEW THREAD".

If you click on that, it will let you pick a "title" for your thread (usually what you are selling) and then in the "comment" part it will let you list any info and how to contact you.

You may also attach pictures by clicking on the "paperclip" you see at the top of the box where you are writing your comments - next to the "Smiley Face".
