Re: Billboard Advertising???

Yes. Expensive. Works well if you have a chain of more than 5 salons tight.

Has worked well for us in the past,Depends on your location in relation to your store/stores.

It also depends on how many impressions they recieve

I have been told to make the billboard very simple... what did you put on yours.
logo... tanning bed... did you put an offer in it?

Have you ever considered a vechicle wrap? Its cheaper than a billboard, or a paint job and people go nuts over it! Get calls all the time from people driving behind me, you can check mine out at www.myspace.com/electricsun10. But be prepared with business cards and a sales pitch every where you go!!

Re: Billboard Advertising???

I got the wrap from an advertising agency who built my neon sign. Yes it is removable, they actually sell it as a paint protectant. Whenever your done you can just peel it off. It kinda reminds me of the little packages you put on easter eggs then drop them in boiling water and the shrink wrap to the egg. I think its pretty much the same concept because they use heat to apply it. I'm also talking with them about wrapping some old beds that I have. They're great beds, just don't look so good. The good thing about having them wrapped is you don't have to take them apart and move them like you would if you were getting them painted. I thought the price was very reasonable. I have an 07 Tahoe and it cost me $2200 but they cut me a deal because they did my neon and wrapped my front windows.

FYI,those wraps will peel your clearcoat if left on for extended amount of time, especially in hotter climates.I would highly advise against the complete vehicle wraps unless you always plan on having it wrapped.

Go with magnetic vinyl if your worried about keeping your paint job in good shape.

paint job is #1 in the resale value of the car.
