Rep Power: 17  | Benefits for Salon Manager? We have a very solid lead person, whom we would love to handover the reigns to as a manger. Problem is her other job gives her benefits for Med / dent. We would probably get her as a full time person at our salon, but she would need bene's, is anyone providign bene's, which insurance provider? thanks!! |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Benefits for Salon Manager? I had the same issue..we ended up adjusting her pay to accomodate what it was going to cost her to provide on her own. Worked out great!! She ended up getting a better premium than what we could have provided. We had her shop around and find out an average of 3 companies..worked for us because she is our only full time person.
