Rep Power: 23 | Wanting to sell and need some advice... I am wanting to put my salon on the market to hopefully sell. My question to you all is how do I go about doing this so that I do not scare off clients. But at the same time, how do you go about letting clients know, as someone who tans here may be interested in the purchase. I am not sure if I should connect with a realtor or handle it on my own. Any advice on this situation would be greatly appreciated. I also am asking next to nothing...as I want out and want out quickly. |

I had a great year in the business and can see where there is a lot of money to be made... but my salon is for sale because we are in Florida and our AC has been out for over 4 weeks. Our record temp in the building was 103 so far! I have lost half my clients, but half still come! Unless you have a serious AC issue, what else is going on? Bad economy? |

Heck, if it gets to 74 in here I start spacing out sessions to let the beds cool down! Navi is right, those lamps will not last long much less the beds!

I am not paying landlord rent until she fixes and she said she won't because I will not re sign lease in August. So I become liable if I close shop before then to those who bought 3 month packages......... what to do ..... Maybe my mind is over heating... |
