Rep Power: 20 | same old crap!!!! Okay I have already vented about this earlier but couldn't find my post. Anyway, I have this family member as you well know that I have been having problems with. WELLL.... I am getrting real tired of all this mess. Now I have had about 8 people complain. One of whom was my little girls teacher for two years. The teacher had come in without an appointment, which most of our customers don't do appointments. Anyway, my niece didn't look at her make any knowledge that she had come into the store, the lady asked if she could tan, mind you she never even looked up to say hi or kiss my azz or whatever, she said DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT? very rudely and she said well no I usually just walk in, she didn't even look at her she just pointed and said you can have that one. Well, she has called me and said I'm not going to come back if she is going to work because she was totally rude. My neice also has a young son whom she never pays attention to AND I have already said she couldn't bring him with her, well my sister had went out of town so he was there with her this day, he was screaming and she had the audacity to turn the tv up full blast and totally ignored him, he followed a lady into a tanning room, still no mother getting her child, A CUSTOMER had to go get him for her and she had the nerve to say THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IF MY MOTHER IN LAW WAS HERE BUT SHE JUST HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN. I want to just CUSSSSSSS !!!!!!! Anyway, I'm going to say something about it, my sister and I are partners in this business, but dang it I don't want to lose customers!!!!!! Give me some good advice. PLEASE! |

Rep Power: 20 | Re: same old crap!!!! I talked to my sister and we both agreed that I would talk to her. I'm going to be nice but I know she will get mad shes that way, shes 21 and is supposed to be taking medication for adhd and she loses her temper quickly. I told my sister that she is just going to have to just say no about keeping her grandson all the time, that girl is taking full advantage of the situation, she EXPECTS her to just come and pick him up. Should I call her and tell her to make sure she has a babysitter first or wait until she shows up with him? I know she will go straight to my sister and complain and I told my sister that she probably will do that and she said she would agree with me, she said if she doesnt have a babysitter lined up that she just can't work that day. Its just crazy, that girl just thinks that just because its her inlaws business that she can have free rein over everything. |

Rep Power: 20 | Re: same old crap!!!! PART TWO Okay, well after the complaints and all, the other girl who works her said last night in front of my customers that she is just going to open her own salon. Because of all the drama going on here. She just finished school to be a teacher now, got a student loan that she will have to pay soon, never has any money and says shes going to open a nicer salon. I'm just about ready to run this **** place myself!! What do you do in these cases, anyone have this happen? IM ABOUT READY FOR SOME HEAVY DRUGSS!! lolol |

Rep Power: 19 | Re: same old crap!!!! CRZY, Man you have a HUGE headache on your hands. First, with the niece, I would sit her down outside of the salon and have a discussion with her about her customer service, the rudeness to clients coming in. That just can't be happening because the attitude of one person effects the whole salon all the time. Then I would address the issuse with her bringing her child into work that just can't happen. That also makes you look unprofessional. plus not only will she not be working there anymore no one will be working cause you'll end up losing all of your clients. AS far as the other employee I would pull her A$$ aside and ask her if she still wants a job?!!! I would almost fire her on the spot for the embarassing talk to customers like that. Then tell her if she thinks she can do better to go right ahead and try! Please keep us updated!!! |
