Hello! Is anyone familiar with or have in use in your salon, the hydration station, dermosonic or the skin bella system? If so how are things going with them? We are looking into adding some additional services to our salon and these were recommended to us. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Happy tanning!

The only feedback I can provide is that I am a firm believe that a tanning salon should be a tanning salon. Extra services rarely work out well. If you have the room to spare and the money to loose, you can try it. As other have pointed out, dont go by client feedback. Often you will hear "That sounds great, I will use it tons if you get one!" only to find out that they will use it once when new and once the virginity is broken, interest is lost.

Hi Maggie. I was considering a Hydration Station. I did a lot of research on my own, got feedback from the people on this website and also sent some friends out to try one in a nearby salon. The resounding answer was "no". It was okay, but not something they would likely do again if they had to spend their own money. I think it was Unity who said that it's better to sell them a good lotion for moisturizing and leave it at that. Eileen made a great point in that fact that between the 30 minute session and 5 minutes to clean the bed, one could have a better revenue producer in that room. I know that a lot of people don't love ETS, but I am considering their Rejuvasun product because it can also be used as a traditional tanning bed when not being used as a skincare treatment.
