Rep Power: 0 | whats your PCA for FEB. ? hey guys i was just wonderinng what everyones per customer average and per lotion average is for this month? corporate gave our girls a minimum of 7.50 pca and 2.50 pla in order to make there comission. but some of the girls are finiding it hard to make pca 5.50 and pla 1.50! any ideas to help them out? |

Rep Power: 28 | Re: whats your PCA for FEB. ? Corporations are soooooo smart ~not~. PCA or PPA, depending on how you want to classify it for our store is $12.00 for Feb. -- if staff goal was only $7.50 I couldn't make payroll to even have them there.

Rep Power: 28 | Re: whats your PCA for FEB. ? to be considered for a bonus staff MUST have a PER Person Average of at least $12.00 -- this means whether they see 1 person or 48, on average, everyone one of these clients needs to be spending $12.00 everytime they walk in the door or the bonus option is taken out of the equation.
