Tantrack, have tried many different ones and this one is the easiest to use, it doesn't matter for me, but for training purposes, I can have an employee proficient in the program in 2 days or less. And it doesn't leave much room for employee errors. Try the demos of a couple programs and find the one that you feel fits your environment best.

Problems with Salon Touch not deducting--

We had the same problem early on too, when we converted off of Helios.

Here is the thing--

In the packages, you have to make sure the bed types match the bed types that are set up , in your set up.. In Helios it was Wolff, Soliel, etc..

Salon Touch set it up as level 1,2 and 3.. so they did not match and it would not deduct, also make sure in the surcharges tab, it is set up to deduct 1 minute per minute of tanning etc..

call support,,, thats why you PAY THEM!!

Converted all my stores to Sunlync......back officefeature is by far the best feature, not perfect but i dont think there will ever be a perfect software for salons,than anyone could afford
