Rep Power: 17 | Re: Client Check In we issue client numbers and tell them to try and remember their number or keep the card handy, it makes the check in process much faster. then, if u dont remember their name, you can pull them up by number and call them by their name when u send them to a room and they think u remebered their name. it works, so many people ask us how we remember their names. I just tell them that I am that good. |

Honestly,I have received a lot of feedback from my customers and they love the fact we know all there names,first and last and what beds they prefer to use if they are available. I also try to remember something from a previous conversation,It might seem like alot of trouble but once I have a new customer,they don't go anywhere else and usually bring me more customers. | |
