refund NO WAY - tanTALK

So get this...

Customer wanted a refund as I stated in the other post. I called her just no and she said...Well I can't tan because I have a baterial infection in my blood. I said well you said it was due to meds, and now it's something else. So I just told her she can give the tans remaining away, or since they do not expire she can use them when she is better...BUT NO REFUNDS!

She is maybe 55, but she states how mean I am being to a senior. HA, last time I checked 55 wasn't old enough to get social security. She said I am gonna sue you. I told her ok, have a nice day. I was gonna offer her 34.00 back until she went on this crap that it is something else before I could tell her.

I just reposted my NO REFUNDS in RED.

Ok this is HORSESHITE. She was told by her "doctor" that she probably caught this from the tanning bed and told her to just say that her "doctor" told her to get out of the tanning bed.
Then probably for good measure tells her how bad they are and yadda yadda.

That's EXACTLY what happened I'm afraid.

I'd get rid of her.... she'll tell 2 friends and so on..... It's not worth your breath or brain power. $34 is cheap

it is called cheap-itis happens allot in our business , sue you for $34- will cost her so much more ---you guys ever get the client hits the stop button 3/4 through the session wants a refund ? they are out there .............

Don't worry about it. She will not sue you. She wants to get under your skin and you will break down because you hear the word SUE. Don't back down.

Sure, she will sue for $34.....

I got a bacterial infection 2 summers ago from my daughter's pool which was not clean enough. Doctor gave me medication for 10 days and true, I could not tan because of the meds but that was 10 days. I could not wait to get by butt back in the tanning bed 10 days later

i tanned with the same meds --not good got a 104 degree fever for a day or so - not fun :(
