Rep Power: 0 | Customer wants a refund I had a special, 15 sessions 75.00 included a free facial on the rejvasun bed, and a free lotion. She used 4 sessions and the bottle of lotion and the free facial. She calls me 2 days ago to say her doctor wont let her tan anymore due to meds she has been on before she bought the package. Should I give her a partial refund? No refund? What? My patner says No refund due to the fact she was already on the meds and when she signed up we told her to consult her doctor first. She didn't. And she has already used the lotion, and facial and 4 sessions. I think a partial refund just for good business, but I am afraid others will expect the same thing when they want to go out of town, or need the money. I ain't a payday loan establishment. What would any of you do? Mindy |

Rep Power: 27 | Re: Customer wants a refund well if they are sessions when do they expire? I do not offer refunds and it clearly posted by the counter. If you decide to do it .. refund on it like this.. 4 sessions at reg price, lotion and facial $ then deduct it .. she might end up owing you ..

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Customer wants a refund I would not give a refund since she was told to get a dr advice beforehand. For good business purposes, I would put a hold on her sessions until she is fit to tan again. If you start this, you will go under really fast. |

Rep Power: 28 | Re: Customer wants a refund Just like Eileen said, if you charge single sessions and for the lotion she most likely will not have any money to refund. Freeze it for 30 days would be another option. |

Rep Power: 18 | Re: Customer wants a refund If you say OK I'll give you a refund on what you used. How much is a single session? multiply by 4 sessions. How much was the lotion? How much is the facial? Add altogether then deduct it from the special. She might see that she should just put a freeze on the pkg, because she realizes what a great special she received. Also, get a note from the physician stating he wants her to stop tanning. |
