Rep Power: 0 | Tantrack Question Ok for all u using tantrack, help me out!! When I go to run an EFT for the day, it keeps extending another year or 6 months (which ever the customer is signed up for) to the contract. So every month its like their contract is renewed, when all I'm trying to do is process their monthly payment.. What the heck am I doing wrong????? Thanks!!! |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Tantrack Question You have the package set up wrong in the packages section. I'm not at the salon right now, but I will try to get you exact instructions in the morning. You should have the package set to expire 1 month. NOT 6 month or 1 year. If you want it to cancel them out after the time period, you need to set the final EFT date for that amount. Will give you more detailed information in the am. |
