Rep Power: 17 | i guess i must be a weiny, but... does anyone else have this similar problem??? i am at the salon ALOT. i work it byself ALOT- i am sure alot of you do the same.> after cleaning the 'HELLO" out of the beds all day/everyday-my arms from my wrists to my shoulder-ache so bad at nite? i have developed some serious muscle in my arms in 1 year or less really just form cleaning beds constantly- i wish the muscle was as defined in other areas as well, but i'll take what i can get! so does anyone else suffer from this? am i going to eventually have like carpal (sp) tunnel in my arms or something? or am i just an out of shape weiny? |

I used to have a car detailing business....killed me for awhile (wax on wax off ;0) eventually could do it all day long....you do get used to it, but I'm not sure it didn't have some effect on certain body parts. Cleaning the beds is a breeze compaired to that. |

And good muscle tone in the arms always compliments a woman's natural upper body features. Long, sordid, story short - alternate arms when cleaning beds. -Belvy
