Rep Power: 0 | Re: YOUR FIRED she told me she didnt know she had to work sunday. but the week before we sat downa nd said if you want to take on sundays you can, from open to close every sunday then you can have the extra hours. if not you can work your regular week. she took it worked the first sunday. then didnt show the second sunday. i print their schedules out every week. she took her schedule on one of her shifts cuz it isnt where they are before they pick them up.. no excuse, i did let her go. because in a previous meeting with all employees we stated exactically that, if its not opened on time you will be let you... cant really back up on it. her performance is going down hill fast anyways. |

Rep Power: 18 | Re: YOUR FIRED I had one that didn't open salon one Saturday morning and my husband just happened to drive by. He called me and I came in until the next shift. The employee did finally call at noon to say her nephew had some sort of medical problem in the e.r. the previous night(she also made the mistake of telling me she was going to a going away party that night!). She tried to call several people to give her a ride to work, but no one could...she called everyone but me!!! Needless to say, she was terminated. Good luck & happy 21st! |
