EFT Companies??????????????????

I offer EFT packages with an annual contract my customers. It is extremely successful.
My problem is that I have found myself manually charging hundreds of customers the first of every month. Not only is it costing me a fortune in credit card processing but it is a real pain in the ..........

My question is who do you all reccomend as an EFT processing company. How difficult is it. How much does it cost, and most importantly can i continue to use the customers credit cards that I have on file. I would hate to have to contact each of these customers to have them send me a cancelled chek. PLEASE HELP!

Re: EFT Companies??????????????????

I used to use Gulf Management. They were good.
I now process in-house using Helios.

Re: EFT Companies??????????????????

I use RBSLynks. This is the company who SalonTouch recommended when we started using their software. We also use them to process all our credit cards so we were able to negotiate a lower rate on our manual credit cards as well. (We no longer manual enter them but since they are swiped they do have a higher rate.) We now can do checking as well which has saved us some money in processing fees. I can go online and view everything or do returns if I messed up and ran it twice or even process them from online.
Check with your credit card company sometimes they will waive fees etc so they don't loose your business.
