Rep Power: 0 | Upgrade SunEase? I just bought my salon at the end of November and I am currently running SunEase 2K which was what the previouse owners were using. I find it to be a pretty clunky piece of software and was wondering if someong could recommend something better. |

Yes this is very limited software and if you get into tecno packages this wont do go to helios even though its a chunk a money a year and I dont care for ets products I've talked to these people over the past 2 years thats about how long it takes me to do research especially when 50.00 a month is in play. The other software I can't see to pay them money cause they dont do really any thing different then sunease Ive gotten all there demos and tried them. Not enough diff like helios for me to change. If I don't go helios I will keep sunease Hap is a challenge to work with been doing it for 8 years and still can't quite understand him so I get a chuckle. Like I said unless you are going to combine minute /point functions together stay with what you have. Did the last owner set it up right, I was looking to buy another salon last year and the lady didn't have the program right she didn't know how to set anything in it. I thought I was the bottom of the computer barrel, far from it in comparison. This does every thing for me sets my bed timers and all. Just alot of point click Were in wash too, eastern. Now I have three west coasties yea were ganging up on you all easterlies. Watch out

But for the money and after 10 years, I am beginning to understand Hap a little better. Only one other program I would consider is Tantrack, when and if I decide to plunk down the $$ |

There is a upgrade for that, ive been using it for the past 6 years and have had Sunease for the past 15 years and I wouldnt use anything else. |
